Greek Quinoa Salad:
This was my first time cooking Quinoa (I have been a little intimidated by it) but it was really easy- just like cooking rice on the stove top- and this recipe was super delicious!
This was also really easy and delicious but next time I will definitely only use half of the butter and cheese mixture.

And last but not least,
Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars:
These are terrible for you but oh so amazing. A 9×13 pan calls for 1 cup peanut butter, 1 stick of butter, 1 bag of chocolate morsels, 1 package of yellow cake mix, and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. It’s like a giant peanut butter chocolate chip cookie bar. The recipe also calls for 1 optional cup of coconut that I didn’t add and won’t add in the future- these were perfect!
